To get the default settings on your device go to Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Enter your PIN -> Reset settings.
Alternatively, for ''NetBox HD'' and ''SoundBox HD'' you can long press the power button on your device five times (5x) till the screen goes black. This initiates the setup process.
Please note, you will lose all your credentials on the On Demand apps after this process. You can enter them back when the setup is completed.
