Your device will be analysed again at the refurbishment centre. netgem.tv will provide you with either a new, rebuilt, refurbished or alternative equipment of equal or improved quality as an exchange equipment to replace the eligible defective equipment. Any alternative equipment will meet or exceed the specifications of the replaced equipment. Rebuilt or refurbished equipment may bear cosmetic blemishes that do not affect performance.
