To register your device, go to netgem.tv on your mobile or the web. Click on register, then sign in, once signed in, follow the onscreen instructions and pair your device and register it by inputting the 4 digit code shown on your screen during the set up process. If you have skipped this step during the set up, you can obtain your 4 digit code by going into settings> activations >netgem.tv registrations.
